Report: Tottenham is among the Premier League clubs that have polled Everton man

By Eddie Razo -

Tottenham Hotspur will be in the market for forward to further improve their goal-scoring capabilities heading into next season. The north London club has seen its name connected to strikers like Darwin Nunez and Lautaro Martínez.

However, a new name is surfacing is Everton FC forward Richarlison. According to the Brazilian media outlet UOL, the 24-year-old is determined to take the next step in his career. After four seasons at Everton, the forward has prepared behind the scenes for a transfer.

UOL adds that Richarlison reportedly is talking about staying in the Premier League. Furthermore, the forward has reportedly received polls from Manchester United, Newcastle United, and Tottenham.

The Toffees dream big; they’re hoping for €80 million for Richarlison, who’s under contract until 2024. However, that sum that they might want could drop if Everton is relegated to the Championship.

They sit one point above the relegation zone, so their exit from the Premier League is a possibility, and perhaps the Brazilian is already planning to jump ship.

Richarlison has appeared in 144 fixtures and has scored 49 goals.

What a strange term “received polls” technically it may be correct but never used in UK language.

I’d prefer the lad Gordon to Richarlison who doesn’t defend much and as such is not really in Conte’s sights.

No at €30m, never mind €80m!

Not worth that money, not a top striker and there’s something about his attitude on the pitch I don’t like, a bit sulky and petulant throwing his toys out if he’s substituted.
