Simon Jordan is not convinced Tottenham will become that much more of an attractive transfer destination for top players even with Antonio Conte coming in as manager.
The Italian tactician took over from Nuno Espirito Santo this week, and there will be renewed optimism about what Spurs can achieve in the near future with such a proven top-level coach at the helm.
Still, it is bound to be a very different challenge for Conte trying to win silverware with this squad, in comparison to the world class players he had at his disposal during his stints with Chelsea, Inter Milan and Juventus.
Jordan, speaking on talkSPORT in the video below, feels Conte may still struggle to lure the kind of players he wants to Tottenham due to their history in comparison to the likes of Liverpool, Manchester City and co.
Spurs fans will have to hope that the combination of Conte and Fabio Paratici can help make the club competitive in the transfer market.
