Mourinho hailed for the success of Kane and Son partnership

Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are arguably the best attacking partnership in the Premier League this season, in fact, there is an argument to be made that they are the best partnership in world football right now.

The Spurs duo showed on Sunday again that truly they are the real deal when it comes to attacking partnerships and it is not just hype.

They combined to tear Arsenal apart with a goal and an assist for each other.

Their combination upfront is so effective that they have been tipped to lead Tottenham to silverware this season.

Both of them have combined for 11 Premier League goals for the club this season and their partnership is one that keeps getting better by the day.

Spurs hired Jose Mourinho as their manager about a year ago, and Mail Sports claim that one of his major achievements since Mourinho has been at the club is the relationship between Son and Kane.

They write: “Jose Mourinho has recently passed the one-year mark as Spurs manager and top of the list of his achievements must surely be getting the Son-Kane partnership running like clockwork.

“As if to hammer home the point, the pair combined to devastating effect on Sunday afternoon in the one fixture every Spurs fan wants to win above all others.

“Kane to Son. Goal. Son to Kane. Goal. Arsenal comprehensively beaten, the gap that has been established between these two north London rivals widening a little further.”

Spurs have waited 12 years for a new trophy and the fans will hope that this partnership continues to blossom and leads them to the promised land.

A Change of formation now with Jose favouring the physicality of Sissoko rather than the more creative Dele. l would like to see Dele given a chance to play with Hojbjerg & N’Dombele against the lesser teams who sit deep and are harder to break down.

I seem to recall all 3 of them on the pitch together quite regularly? However Dele has lost his mojo and until he gets it back it’s going to be just the occasional Europe night.

Jose picks Son over Dele which is another reason Son has improved so much.

I cant see a way back for Dele whilst Son and Kane are so hot.

Devastatingly effective tactical switch by Jose
