PSG are looking to take back Serge Aurier in the summer after selling him to Tottenham in 2017.
The Ivorian has been inconsistent for much of his time in north London and has been struggling to earn regular playing time in this campaign.
He faced competition from Matt Doherty at the start of the season and won over Jose Mourinho.
However, the Special One appears fed up with his and Doherty’s struggles and has been relying on Japhet Tanganga in some recent games.
Aurier was heavily linked with a move away from Spurs in the summer and hasn’t been given a contract extension just yet.
Le Parisien says PSG is interested in taking him back and reuniting him with Mauricio Pochettino.
Poch was the Tottenham manager who signed him at the time and it seems the Argentinean would like to manage him again.
Spurs need money and would also be keen to get rid of some players when the opportunity arises.
They would likely not stand in his way if the right offer comes and the player asks to leave the club.
If Tanganga develops into a proper right back, Spurs wouldn’t need to replace Aurier and could work on making Doherty a better alternative instead.
But they did buy Stambouli.. This was suprising.
Surely.. PSG are one of, if not the richest club in the world.. They have to be targeting world class players.
More Nonsense.
I don’t believe a word of this. Not in the footballing sense but in a historical sense.
I won’t mourn him
