I don’t think he’d experienced a manager pulling him up before, prior to José managers were probably always praising him telling how good he was. He couldn’t handle it when José picked out his few faults to get him to work on them to improve his game. It hit his ego hard and he sulked. That’s my guess anyway.

He is in the same team a Bale, rare to find another Moose for sure.

For the money we paid, I want him to be a success. I do worry when I see his movement, especially running. He looks like he’s running through treacle such is his lack of pace.

A prolonged run in the side will hopefully build fitness levels and we’ll have future Sours legend like Moussa became.

I felt Ndombele started last season fairly well and then all his issues caused a calamitous mess. He has started well this season, and he is nowhere near the top of his game. If he can continue to improve every fan will be happy. If we want success, Ndombele and the rest need to follow what Jose wants. In the previous blog it was interesting to read about egos. Ndombele must have some self confidence if he thinks he knows more about football than Jose. If only he could have shown he meant business on the pitch instead of what we had to put up with. If a new dawn is upon us long may it continue and let’s hope it continues well into 2021.

So pleased to see him coming good. He always manages to surprise me somehow- you’ll think he’s about to lose the bell and then bang he’s slid someone in. He see passes I don’t even spot sitting on my sofa with a birds eye view. He’s electric.

This guy is pure class aided by power. We should build our midfield around him as he can cut through teams like a knife through butter. Imagine him in the same team as Bale! Rare to find a beast who is also so skilled. Credit to Levy for this purchase, also for refusing to sell him and bringing him and the manager together.
