It was always one of those chants that was so guttural, so from the heart, that it was never going to be bested. Gareth Bale has been away from N17 for many years, and that was always because of the ENIC business model being incompatible with retaining talent and winning actually trophies.
Now Daniel Levy is finally faced with an ambitious manager able to make demands that the business model can deliver, this and many other signings are what this club is capable of delivering.

Now the Bale & Reguilon deals are all but done, barring official announcement, hopefully Mr Levy gets a CB & striker in to complete a very good transfer window.
