Looking at the All or Nothing (so it’s nothing then) videos this is a club built on smoke and mirrors. All the fancy surroundings, high tech equipment, corporate infrastructure …is just cosmetic.
Underneath the fabric of the enterprise is the knowledge by all involved that this club will never win anything of any substance or have consistent success on the football pitch because there is simply no “Investment” to reach that position.
The manager knows it, the staff know it and most damagingly the players know it. The huffing and puffing by Levy and Hitchen amounts to no more than filibustering. The devil is in the detail. The killer comments by both of these two is “we have a budget”. It is the scale and size of that budget that is the essence of all that is wrong at the club.
The top clubs above us have budgets of a size that meets the need of clubs looking to succeed at the highest levels of the game. ENIC and Levy limit any aspiration of real success by determining a budget that is the equivalent of handcuffs and a straightjacket and makes it impossible to build a squad that will achieve anything of note.
All our best players who have left over the years have done so because of this lack of ambition and investment. Listening to Kane’s comments at 27 years of age he will absolutely be gone at the end of what promises to be another season of failure. Eriksen left because he was 27 years of age and could see that he had next to no chance of winning anything at this club. Until ENIC leave, nothing will change.

Liverpool also went 30 years without the title,and they do know how to run a club and have Ambition in abundance,Enic started off from further down with a club who hadn’t won the title in 40 years with less support in mid table and have only been there 20 years.
I agree to a point about only 7 clubs etc but premier league started in 1992 , so no title in 30 years before & 30 years after. With so much talent at times but never buying what was missing to mould a title team. Even Bill takes some blame as do Burky & others. Terry Venables was on cusp of a top side & Sugar sacked him. Early 80s no centre back ( we were linked with Butcher, Mcleish, Levein & midfield bulldog. What was hard. We spent money like water in 80s but only on attackers
He waffles on with far too much rubbish for me, takes ages to get to his points and his voice gets under my skin. 😆.. His recent youtube videos are 45 minutes odd long with alot of rambling… I last about 5 minutes and learn nothing, his opinions are on and off in my opinion.. He is an avid spurs fan and quick to report news so fair shout to him.. He’s similar to Chris Cowin (the english poch lookalike).. Never really learn much from these two that isn’t already in mainstream media.. Nice guys though.. The Boys descriptions and dissections of the madness I find much more accurate and informative.

Other good finds Rose £1m,Lloris £12m,Eriksen £11m,Dier £4m,Dele £5m,Vertonghen £10m,Alderweirld £11.5m. The scouting has been terrible in the last few seasons,
but in the past we have found a few gems.I will inc Hojbjerg & Doherty as great deals as well even before the season kicks off.

What scouting we sent scouts out so what are they doing.Leicester shopped around looked at players and recruited players with Potential such as Kante, Madison, Gray, Wilfrid, Mahrez what have Tottenham done to that excent you don’t have to pay the earth for players if you shop in the right market, No team in world football goes unprepared or arrogantly for a season reling on one out an out centre forward. The truth is painful as I have supported Tottenham since the days of Linker Mabutt Stewart, Big Eric Edinburgh but it was sods law that something had to happen to Harry for them to understand the situation. Lack of ambition Chelsea embargo meant they were forced to not buy Players What is Levy’s Excuse but lack of ambition.To cap it of Levy wanted Mourinho after he left Porto and still refuses to back him. I’d love to enjoy the team but I would like to see great stuff in future as well as now when those 2 sell up.

Leicester became the sixth and now after thirty years since last being champions Liverpool become the seventh.Seven teams have managed it out of the 49 that have competed in it. That means 29 teams who played in the PL are no longer there most of them probably spent more than Spurs,who in the last 20 years have changed from being seen as a mid table side to a team that is disappointed not finishing in the top four. Finishing in the top four on a regular basis in recent times has been done while also competing in the CL something only achieved 5 times all under the current regime in near 60 years,this has also been done against the backdrop of demolishing an ageing 36,000 capacity WHL stadium,playing home games away at Wembley and replacing it with a state of the art 62.000 seater arena.Leicester have proved a well run club who scout well and sell high whilst reinvesting can be every bit as ambitious and successful as the clubs spending hundreds of millions with no chance of winning.Runner up in the PL & CL,Imo if Spurs had Jose on those occasions we would have won both with his winning mentality getting us over the line.

Yeah, this is the 2nd year we are going into the season with one striker, no other club in the top two English divisions would do this. It’s neglect and Levy has to be replaced by someone who can manage a football club.
