Graham Roberts was a determined character, sadly one that over time managed to nibble away at his own reputation. For the modern era, we have a player in the same vein as Rambo, albeit a far more complete one. Pierre Hojbjerg as Tottenham’s enforcer is a truly wonderful addition. My kind of player, and one that for some truly frustrating reason it took the arrival of Mourinho to identify, sign and then exploit his drive and his talent.

Wanyama was our last natural midfield enforcer before, he was mustard for about 18 months before his fitness issues took over. I’d say PEH is about a similar level to Victor and incidentally, signed from Saints as well.
