Video Analysis: Bale Blew Hot And Cold For Wales Last Night

By The Boy -

Wales lost 3-1 to Belgium last night with Spurs’ very own Gareth Bale having a hand in the Welsh goal. Looking over the boy’s stats from last night, whilst the 31-year-old might love playing for his country, it’s difficult to level a charge at him that he really turned it on and played above the level which he has for Tottenham.

Gareth’s total successful actions against the Belgians was 41% which is not just terrible, it’s worse than his worst showing since he’s been with us.

Wales got 86-minutes out of him, which is considerably more than usual, as Bale’s only played in excess of 90-minutes twice this season, to date.

Definitely.. The poor man was suffering from concussion for months, and everyone blamed his ‘loss of pace’.. We should have kept him all day.. And not at left back.

I only watched the first half, but `rodon looked like he was handling Lukaku well, which is no mean feat on his current form.

Tielamans and Castagne would have done us well.Oh wait a minute Levy lowballed the sellers again.Leicester bought well again I see.
Until we bladder Hitchens and get a proper scouting team in things will never change.

At the end of the match Bale stood in the centre of the pitch and had a long chat with Verts, Toby and Coutois, I can guess who they were talking about .
Rodon had a good game handled Lukaku pretty well.

Rather source players in Belgium than France. Players like Jan and Verts have and had a much better attitude and commitment to the club and the EPL than most of the French prima donna’s we have witnessed in our shirts.

Watching Verts and Toby at the back for Belgium underlines that we should have retained Verts for another couple of years. Their combined experience together would have given us a much more secure backline this season. Let’s see now… Toby or Verts or Dier and Sanchez? Another football decision by Levy that has cost the club yet again.

Belgium are still ranked number 1 in the world fifa rankings.. Wales are 18th.. We should try buying some Belgian players again.. Dembele, SuperJan and Toby did us proud.
