According to Calciomercato journalist Daniele Longo, Tottenham ‘will make an attempt’ for Samuel Iling-Junior in January.
Multiple reports have linked the winger with a move to the North London club in the upcoming transfer window.
Despite his promising talent, the winger has has found limited opportunities on the pitch this season, clocking a mere 113 minutes of game time this season.
Eager for more consistent playing opportunities, Iling-Junior is reportedly keen on leaving Juventus in search of regular playing time.
A recent report from TuttoJuve claimed that Juventus are willing to sell the player in order to bring in money for them to invest in the team, in particular a midfielder.
Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri is said to be eyeing Argentine midfielder Rodrigo De Paul but a move for him could hinge on the sale of the winger.
And according to yesterday’s report, the Italian outfit are said to be looking for a fee of around €15-20 million for the promising 20-year-old, a figure deemed affordable by Premier League clubs, including Tottenham.
And now Calciomercato’s Daniele Longo has claimed that Daniel Levy will make a move for the player in January.
He posted on X, which translates to:
“Tottenham will make an attempt for Samuel Iling-Junior in January. The English midfielder born in 2003 can leave Juve.”

With Tottenham facing significant injury woes, notably long-term absences of Solomon and Perisic, coupled with Richarlison’s struggles, there’s a pressing need for adding a left-sided attacking player.
He maybe a decent addition to the squad, specially considering that Spurs will be able to secure his services at a reasonable price in a tough market.
