Tottenham will have to cough up around 30 million euros to land Real Madrid left-back, Sergio Reguilon.
The Spaniard spent last season on loan at Sevilla and he impressed for the Spanish side as they won the Europa League and qualified for the Champions League.
His fine performances on the left side of defence caught the attention of top European sides like Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham.
He has returned to Madrid, but he has no future at the club because Ferland Mendy and Marcelo have established themselves as firm favourites for that position.
Real Madrid is prepared to let him leave this summer for the right price and that price has been named.
Spanish journalist, Senén Escalante, has revealed that he will not be returning to Sevilla in the coming campaign because the Spaniards cannot pay the 20 million euros demanded by Los Blancos for him.
He, however, added that Manchester United is prepared to pay 30 million euros for his signature and 5 million euros per season to the player.
Tottenham have Danny Rose and Ben Davies as senior options at left-back, but the Lilywhites will likely get rid of Rose in this transfer market after he fell out with Jose Mourinho.
If he leaves, then signing a new left-back might become a priority.
