The impossible transfer is close to becoming a possible transfer

By Bruce Grove -

Tottenham is looking to bring back Real Madrid outcast Gareth Bale this summer before the transfer window closes.

The Welsh winger left Spurs for the Spanish capital in 2013 and he has won every major club trophy during his time there.

The attacker has now fallen out of favour at the Bernabeu following the arrival of Zinedine Zidane.

The French manager has never been a fan of Bale and he has been public with his desire to see the back of the former Spurs man.

He came close to leaving Madrid last summer, but the Spaniards pulled the plug on the deal just when it would have gone through.

He is now determined to earn every penny of his current contract which has two years remaining.

As the new season starts, he faces the prospect of not playing as much as he did last season and a move away might be the best for him.

Spurs had originally ruled themselves out of the running for the attacker because his high wages made a move impossible, but that might be changing now.

Football London claims that Spurs are looking to take him on loan for this season.

They might struggle to pay his wage and they are hoping to get some help from Madrid in that regard.

It would be wise not to raise one’s hopes too high because even with the latest speculation it is still a massive deal to pull off. But we have definitely gone from the impossible to the possible.

Great deal if we get it done. We get rid of a lazy clown for a year and we get two top players. Win win win.

The biggest worry after the first game was this team and season had the potential to be dull.

If Bale and the left back come in I’m thinking things won’t be boring at the very least.

Has Bale had any sort of pre season? Is he fit? At this stage just get him in, let’s liven the place up.
