Moussa Sissoko has described Tanguy Ndombele as like his “little brother” at Tottenham Hotspur – as The London Evening Standard details.
And Sissoko played his older brother role perfectly by doing exactly what older brothers love to do – embarrass their sibling at every opportunity.
Especially on their birthday – I’ve got a garage full of ‘presents’ to prove it.
Sissoko marked Ndombele’s 23rd birthday by posting an Instagram video, which I believe had previously been kept inside Spurs cirles, of his singing initiation from shortly after his arrival from Lyon. Watch and enjoy.
You can tell the video is a few months old because Toni Jimenez is playing conductor. Clearly Sissoko has been saving this for the right moment!
Based on his singing abilities, it is a good job the lad can play football.
And boy can he play football, as he proved in yesterday’s otherwise disappointing 2-2 draw with Norwich City, with Jose Mourinho describing the midfielder’s performance to Sky Sports as “absolutely phenomenal”.
