Tottenham Hotspur are set to sell Japhet Tanganga in the summer, according to The Times.

He is expected to follow the likes of Lucas Moura and Hugo Lloris both of whom are set to leave the club.

Lucas Moura’s contract has come to an end will be leaving as a free agent while Hugo Lloris has one year left in his current deal but has publicly stated his desire to leave the club.

He is being linked with a return to his hometown club in France, Nice.

After the appointment of Australian manager Ange Postecoglou, Tottenham are expected to undergo a busy summer with Daniel Levy reportedly have sanctioned a major squad overhaul.

According to the latest report , at least seven players are set to leave the club as the club plans to raise funds for transfers that will allow the new manager to rebuild the team.

One of those players is Japhet Tanganga. He was close to a move away from Spurs in January as well but Antonio Conte who was the manager at that time blocked his move.

But he has barely featured for Spurs this season and his future remains bleak as well.

The Times reports that Tanganga is said to be on the list of those leaving alongside the likes of Ryan Sessegnon, Davinson Sanchez, Hugo Lloris and Ivan Perisic.

Despite his limited playing time this season, the young defender is not short of suitors and will likely have a plethora of options. He was previously linked with the likes of AC Milan, AS Roma, and Nottingham Forest.
