Report: Tottenham have not held discussions to sign exiting Juventus

By Eddie Razo -

Tottenham Hotspur will be in the market for a forward this summer to help provide some support behind Harry Kane and Son Heung-min, who are the two stars of the north London club’s attack. However, adding some depth, especially should they play UEFA Champions League football, will be crucial.

Spurs are connected to various forwards, but one player it seems as though they won’t be in on to help them next season is Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, whose deal with the Serie A side expires next month.

According to transfer window specialist Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham has not extended discussions to sign Dybala. As of now, the journalist states there are no ongoing negotiations; however, the situation for Dybala’s future is still open as he’s available on a free transfer.

Romano adds that manager Antonio Conte will speak with the Tottenham board. Perhaps the topic of whether Dybala arriving this summer could present itself since the Italian tactician has seen the Argentine upfront.
