Emerson Royal was in fine form as Tottenham earned a 2-1 win over Aston Villa at the weekend.
The summer signing had been struggling to deliver a fine performance since he moved to Spurs, but always showed glimpses of what he can do.
The game against the Villans gave him the chance to improve, and he took it.
Spurs needed their players to step up for the encounter and Emerson was one of the best contributors in the game.
The club took to their Twitter account to reveal some of his impressive statistics from the game, which showed that he made 86 touches, 4 interceptions and 7 clearances.
This performance calls for a round of applause and the Lilywhites asked their Twitter followers to give some of that to the Brazilian for how he performed in the game.

I reckon villa will get more points v the top 6 than us… they have a decent manager & good recruitment policy.
