It is always guesswork predicting a Jose Mourinho team and that definitely applies to the Europa League clash against Shkendija later today.
Tottenham plays again on Sunday when they welcome Newcastle United to North London and Mourinho will have that on his mind when he selects the team for the game today.
That said, Mourinho will also be aware that he cannot take too many risks with team selection against Shkendija because there is no second chance to make amends if this go wrong.
So, I expect a few changes but certain key players to start.
The back five should be quite familiar with Lloris, Davies, Doherty, Dier and Alderweireld likely to start.
Midfield is a little tricky but I doubt that Hojbjerg, Lo Celso or Ndombele will start and that Winks and Sissoko will likely partner in the centre with Alli, Lamela, Son and Kane making up the numbers.
That said, I would not be surprised if Ndombele did start and that Lucas was prefered to Alli, maybe even Bergwijn.
