Hugo Lloris’ post-match video has certainly caused a stir. Predictably a few fans didn’t actually listen (what is the hearing version of skim reading, I wonder?) and decided our captain was outing José Mourinho as a force of darkness. Of course, that wasn’t the case as Hugo specifically spoke about players on the pitch.
talkSPORT’s Tony Cascarino didn’t care for Hugo’s decision to go public, which is a curious position for someone working in the media to adopt. Most normal pundits and fans would like a fresh episode of ‘All Or Nothing’ about top clubs to watch every night.
Clearly, there’s an issue or issues inside Hotspur Way and for the coach and the captain to have both opened up after the same game is no coincidence, There are people in that dressing room who ought not to be there.
Typical media comment….Select one comment made by Lloris (saying how crap they all played) and then spend a half an hour pulling that comment and the person that nade it to pieces….Lloris in fact made a few comments about the game which were honest and brutal to the point.
It would be interesting to have heard every player’s comments or feelings after that match. If they were all honest then I don’t believe we would have heard any different to what Lloris had said.
Lloris was 100% correct
