Mourinho Trowels It On And I Say He’s Perfectly Entitled To After The Ambulance Chasing He’s Been Subjected To

By The Boy -

Here’s the gaffer sending out another message as thinly disguised as a note wrapped around a house brick, that’s been hurled through a living room window.

In February the Mail Online ran with Bale’s desperation to get more game time. In fact, Google ‘Bale needs a run of games, and you get a world of media outlets all pushing for José Mourinho to afford the 31-year-old more game time, despite the Welshman having given any indication in his performances against decent sides – that it was warranted.

Bale did notably improve – but only against second-rate sides. It looks to me as if Jonathan Barnett’s attempt to play Spurs failed because his client couldn’t help but blurt out the truth.

It is time to get behind Mourinho in order that he can complete his rescue mission and secure Spurs some silverware. Will that happen? I absolutely doubt it and given the hostility in the room, it is easier to see the Portuguese being hounded DESPITE

Bale’s self-indulgence.

Is there a Redknapp available for comment? Hello, hell….o?!

They did beat both Manchester teams (1st and second on the Premier Log) earlier on in the season…Maybe their form after that had something to do with some PLAYERS ATTITUDES?? 🙂

I have developed a degree of sympathy towards Jose, as I would to any manager working under our commander in chief.

However, I also believe that this squad can do better than they are and I suspect mismatch in terms of personalities between Manager and players and it may now be beyond the point of no return.

Anyway, 22 years, one rubbish trophy and manager number 14 next. Same old sh*t…

ENIC OUT.

I quite agree, but I also don’t believe that Jose went into Levy’s lair with his eyes shut. He really spoke the existing squad up when he came in and also said how he understands the financials at Spurs.

It’s possible that Jose has overstretched himself taking this job, whatever he has left to offer the world of football management doesn’t fit with the way we are run.

To me that was glaringly obvious from the day he became our manager, was it glaringly obvious to Levy and Jose when they discussed him taking the job? My theory is that it might have been, but the short term aim of setting the scene for Amazon took priority over all else and they shook hands.

Here we are a year and half later and it seems to be playing out pretty much as many of us predicted. Wrong man for the wrong job…

Madrid fans ate an entitled bunch and can be mercilessly cruel, regardless of the circumstances. Forget Bale, it’s happened before…

I quite like that thought too, Levy takes football fans as fools. Who’s the fool now Daniel?

We clearly aren’t caught up in any right or wrong way to win stuff, because we don’t win any stuff…

Correct…I should have said “will” not “wants”….But can’t see another club buying him or taking him on a loan…errr or is their one club in London perhaps?🙂🙂

The enjoyment I get from knowing Levy is squirming that his GB publicity stunt has backfired immensely and is hurting his deep
pockets when wages are paid. That joy gives me a twitch in the Calvins.

That’s because people are caught up in a right way or wrong way in winning stuff. City, Utd and chelsea etc spend what they want on players and wages but then you’ve part of football fans go on about them buying it. Fact all winning clubs buy it. None of this makes it right or wrong hence not a lot of clubs get into to much trouble over ffp.

I have no idea why the fans need to worry about the money he’s on, just to be part of the soap opera?

Even with Gareth on board, we still pay about 280m a year less on wages than Utd. On that basis I couldn’t give a f*ck he earns from us. Not our problem…

Such a shame.
I don’t even like him with his 2005 topknot and his giggling.
What a player Mk1.0 was.

Only upside is the amount of wages we will save when he goes back pay a “baller” instead.

I don’t drink, but like many other fans and pundits I thought he would do a job, help us.. He’s only 31.. Two years ago he was still immense. I thought he would be an upgrade on what we had in midfield.

Whether he wants to go back or not is irrelevant really.. He is under contract for another year and Madrid still own him. So unless a club buys him or he goes out on another loan, then of course he’s going back.. He didn’t actually say what he ‘wants’.

What Bale’s done to RM and their fans seems fair play to me, they constantly disrespected him thanks to a seemingly endless string of injuries and struggling to find form. When he slapped those two goals against Liverpool in the CL final they all cheer him but then the next time he has a poor performance they boo even if he’s still finding form after coming back from an injury. He tore up the PL, La Liga and the champs league, he’s won the lot in Spanish and European football. They wanted to get rid and then blocked a move for him to China at the last moment just because they wanted a transfer fee no one would pay. He’s more than happy to bleed them dry and I bet he’s loving sticking it to the club and the fans for the way he’s been booed and jeered (Wales, Golf, Madrid), they deserve to pay him every penny of that contract.

All that being said, what he’s now doing to Spurs by taking advantage of the football genius Levy and saddling us with millions of pounds of his salary, at a time of financial turmoil amidst a painfully belated squad rebuild, can’t be forgiven. He should have known better and in all good conscience should have turned down the offer so that he could instead continue to sit around and play golf in sunny Madrid bleeding the club and the fans dry of their money and patience.

Most spurs fans will still think of him fondly, I will be one of those as he was unplayable back in the day for us, but it does leave a sour taste in my mouth the way he’s carrying on like Mourinho and Spurs team/club are the problem here, he’s not shouldering any responsibility for this failed loan move.

Fair enough giving Madrid a headache, good to see them getting some bad karma after they poached all our best players during the “special relationship” we endured, but Bale’s either incredibly stupid or just doesn’t care as much about the Spurs football club or its fans to take us for this financial and emotional ride. Maybe he thought he still had it and his overconfidence in his dwindling abilities is his downfall here, whatever the reason behind his failed move i hope he’s out of here and back to Madrid with his tail between his legs asap so we can forget about Bale circa 2020/21 and think back fondly to Bale 1.0 when he was making PL defenders look like kids in the school playground.

Yes Gas I wish we could tell that to those “Intoxicated Fans” on an earlier HH blog post. Welcoming him as the 2nd coming of the redeemer. Would like to see what they have to say about their Hero now.🤣

Karma….His blurting out the truth is going to come back and bite him….Sure he says he wants to go back to Real Madrid and see out his contract (He is the only one benefitting cash wise). But I cannot see ZZ (and hopefully he is still RM Manager) wanting to play Bale EVER AGAIN in a Real Madrid side.

That alone tells you that ZZ must have known about his ATTITUDE problem which is BALE only wanting to play for himself and not the TEAM.

Imagine telling us 10 years ago that by 2021 you will prefer Jose Mourinho to Gareth Bale??

Reality truly has been inverted.
