Mourinho becomes the latest manager that Lampard falls out with on the touchline

By Bruce Grove -

Frank Lampard is one of the youngest managers in the Premier League. As a matter of fact, this is the former midfielder’s third season as a senior manager, having started as the manager of Derby County in the 2018/19 season.

In his short time as a manager, he has shown his passion for the position and it seems that he has a hard time controlling himself on the touchline.

He fell out with Jurgen Klopp’s coaching bench on the touchline when his Chelsea side faced the Reds during Project Restart.

He would later apologise for his behaviour on the night, however, he has fallen out with yet another manager.

His Chelsea team lost to Tottenham last night on penalties in the Carabao Cup.

The Blues took the lead through a fine goal by Timo Werner, and it seemed that Lampard became too vocal after that, Mourinho didn’t like it.

Five minutes after the opener was scored both managers were having a go at each other on the touchline with Mourinho suggesting that Lampard wasn’t that loud when his team were losing 3-0 to West Brom at that time on the weekend.

Sun Sports claims the Spurs manager roared: “F***ing hell Frank…

“When you’re losing 3-0 you’re not standing up here.”

The tension appeared to simmer down later on with Lampard claiming afterwards that he gets on well with his former manager.

Lampard said: “We were having some fun, I get on well with Jose.

“I was saying he speaks to the referee more than his players, I have huge respect for Jose. All was well at the end and that will never change.”

Anyone notice Maureen & Lamphead shaking hands warmly just before the pens? Apparently Bruce didn’t.

Even if he wins titles he will be sacked.. Even successful managers don’t last long at the bridge. The Roman way.

I messaged a fellow Spurs supporting mate of mine last night after we won, and he said ‘I switched the TV over before the penalties as i couldn’t bear to look at Lampards Smug Face if they won’.. Sums it up really, and also, Mount laughing at Reguilon after he made the mistake for the goal. Karma is a great big bitch isn’t it Mason !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a difference a year makes, even the weakened side last night were so much stronger than last years starting 11 against Colchester, which included, Gazzaniga,Davies,Kwp,Wanyama,Skipp,Dele,Moura,Parrott and Sanchez with Dier and Tanganga being the only two to start both games. And we didn’t have Eriksen to fcuk up the penalties either.

Lampard will come under real pressure to deliver trophies after a spending spree like no other this summer, it may well be a kid in a sweet shop scenario for Lampard, but the Russian will expect, big time. Looking at their situation a bit deeper, you could question why they needed to bring in as many big money players, but that’s their problem.
