More praise comes in for Tottenham’s “amazing player”

By Bruce Grove -

Son Heung-min is a man in-form and it is understandable that he has a lot of admirers at the moment.

The South Korean has made a solid start to this season and he has earned praise from fans, fellow players and pundits alike.

Son has already scored nine times and provided four assists in just eight games for Tottenham in this campaign.

The Korean has now formed a deadly double-act with Harry Kane in the Tottenham attack and that might see him break goalscoring records of his own in this campaign.

Sky pundit Gary Neville has now admitted that the striker doesn’t get the recognition that he deserves and that it is time that he is seen on the same level as the best in the Premier League.

He claimed that Son can now be mentioned in the same league as the likes of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

‘I think Son is so understated and he doesn’t get the glitz of some of the other top players in the league,’ Neville said on Monday Night Football, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

‘He is an absolutely amazing player Son, he is a brilliant player. It’d be a nightmare to play against him he makes all the right runs.

‘You talk about Sterling regularly, we talk about Mane and Salah at Liverpool, he’s right there with them. If he was at Liverpool or City he’d be doing what those lads are doing.’
