Kane boost for Tottenham as another of his suitors turn their attention to Lewandowski

By Bruce Grove -

Tottenham’s chance of keeping Harry Kane beyond this transfer window is looking better every day.

Yesterday we reported that Manchester City is now targeting a move for Danny Ings as an alternative to Kane.

Chelsea is the other club that has been linked with a move for Kane and the Blues have a free-spending owner which means they can afford him.

However, selling a player to them is something that Daniel Levy almost never does and it seems Chelsea have now turned their attention towards an alternative target.

Todofichajes reports that the Blues are now looking to sign Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski.

The Polish striker is arguably the best in his position in the world and he has won everything in club football at Bayern Munich.

The report says he is now looking for a new challenge and Bayern might allow him to join the Premier League club.

City and Chelsea are two of the biggest clubs who can give Spurs a cause for concern and if they turn to other targets, Spurs might get the chance to keep Kane for one more season.

The striker is currently on holiday after his time with the England national team at Euro 2020.

The Market will determine his price. If it doesn’t suit Levy so what? Kane wants to go and if he needs to act the Goat to get his move, then fair play to him.

He wants to go then sell him. Man City are just testing the water, they need him.

It’s not worth the paper it was written on.

If Levy csn’t shift the overpriced deadwood then he is likely to need the Kane fee.Perhaps other clubs understand this and are prepared to wait. This is not going to end well either way.

So Harry has a very high market value what should Levy
do just sell him cheap to cheer him up

Listen he is doomed if he does and doomed if he doesn’t
as you all well know

If Harry stays another year so what. This is no criticism of Harry but what miracle is going to happen next season if he’s still here with a bunch of wasters.

He did no-one forced him to put pen to paper but he realises when it ends he will be 30 years old with no trophies so he wants to move on to where he can win the PL.

If Kane is forced to stay at the club against his wishes, I don’t see him going on strike. But… you could see his morale dropping, and his level… a Captain/Top-Striker with low morale could mean 10 pts lost per a season easily. There’ll be that ‘edge’ missing.

I hope we keep a happy Kane or 2nd best get at least 100 mil from him.

The Levy Style is to turn down £145 million because he has asked for £150 million, and retain the services of a unhappy (formerly top servant) of the club. I mean… Levy has got history for that ‘sort’ of thing.

The guy does not want to be at ENIC FC. That’s what matters.
