First Glimpses Of Tottenham Transfer Activity Beginning To Emerge|video

By The Boy -

In today’s daily briefing we get confirmation that Danny Ings was as I had suspected – in the previous day’s briefing – to no more than a hoax – the 28-year-tear player is coming to the end of his contract and so once again Spurs are linked with the player.

Elsewhere, Spurs are replacing a World Cup-winning goalie with one who may join us on loan. I don’t think I’ve been so excited since I found the remote to the Dyson fan…

Almost. They have won 4 FA Cups since our last pot though.

Seems as though we’ve swapped Lamela and some cash that supposedly was not there for the Spanish Jack Clarke.

Let me put this in a way that Mr. Daniel can understand. ENIC can install new management at their anchor tenant, but unless they change the inventory the business will still struggle to survive. And by changing inventory, I mean a complete overhaul, not changing around the low-margin, low return stuff like 3rd choice backup keeper and 4th choice center back from their Italian bargain producers.

At least they are actually doing some business. Our spin machine just keeps pumping out ridiculous rumours.Ben White [who we could really do with] will prove to be a good signing for them.

Knew a cafe that got their Chocolate cake from Aldi for three quid and charged two quid a slice, twelve slices per cake.

We just need to follow the example of our noisy neighbours.
When were they last in the CL?

Indeed. I was told Hart only came in BECAUSE of the English quota thing….which I called Bolox on and said he would play….and he did, ended up No.2 no less. This just proves the whole line was nonsense. More cheapskatery.

Ahhh yes, St Mary’s….another classic stadium myth evidenced. The Dell was good for 10/15 points a season maybe….new stadium came….they ended up in league 1. It works!? It really works!?

New DoF but the same MO in the transfer market because Levy is really still in charge and is incapable of acting swiftly and efficiently to get deals over the line because he treats the exercise as if he was haggling at Portobello Market for bric-a-brac. Why do we need to buy/loan an Italian goalkeeper in the first place? Surely we could have found an English player to replace the useless Hart which would help with our quota levels and it’s hardly a priority. As was remarked, we still haven’t sold any deadwood yet. I wonder why? Could it be that our beloved chairman is overpricing them and there are no takers or is it because Nuno has offered them all a new start?
It really doesn’t matter who the DoF or manager is at Spurs, Levy is always the impediment to success. For the record, Romero look to have the makings of a very good central defender going on his performances in the Copa America.

If Tottenham Hotspur Ltd were to open a restaurant they would charge their customers Michelin Star prices while sourcing their produce from Aldi.
