Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are arguably the most important Tottenham players at the moment.
Both players have been scoring the goals that the team needs to remain at the top of the league table as well as making progress in other competitions.
They have been praised for being lethal in front of goal, but Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg sees even more than their goals.
The Dane, who joined Spurs in the summer, is one of the hardest-working players in the team.
He spoke about the aforementioned attackers recently. While we have all been impressed by their goalscoring, Hojbjerg was rather impressed by how hard-working they are.
He hailed them for putting their ego aside to do everything within their power to help the team as a whole.
He via Independent: “I think if you see all the great teams that have done something big, in this country, in European competitions, they have always had players who have stood out, but what for me is remarkable is that two world-class players like they are, two of the best players on the planet, they are working so hard for the team, they are so committed to the group, they are doing everything to put their ego aside.
“We players are loving playing with them, we need to put them in good situations and they need to execute. They are two of the best players on the planet.”
Kane and Son have scored a combined 19 Premier League goals for Spurs this season and their commitment to also working hard off the ball shows how much they want to achieve things with the club.
