Daniel Levy is up to his old tricks again, according to reports in Turkey.
A Sport understands that Tottenham has tabled a derisory bid of £4.5m for Fenerbahce’s Vedat Muriqi, who has been tipped to come in as striking support for Harry Kane.

Another Turkish source – Fanatik – reported last month that Fenerbahce were looking for around £22m for a player who has also been linked with Serie A giants Napoli and Lazio.
If true, that is a staggering low-ball from the chairman, but nothing would surprise me from the man who offered £3m plus Josh Onomah for Jack Grealish, via The Independent.
Muriqi has 13 goals in Turkey’s top flight this season but by no means is an established force, so we’d be within our rights to try our luck to an extent.
But to bid less than 25% of the asking price is taking the mick.
No wonder we’ve been blacklisted by half the clubs in Europe.
Fena are broke (about half a billion in debt with no stadium to show for it) if the player only wants to come here then levy should rinse them😂😂 bless up gala🌚
