Tottenham Hotspur is letting one of their summer acquisitions depart on deadline day. Bryan Gil hasn’t seen much playing time with the north London club this season. The 21-year-old averages 11 minutes per game in his nine Premier League appearances.
As a result, it seems Spurs want to let the young winger depart to allow him to receive more playing time to continue his development. According to transfer window specialist Fabrizio Romano, Gil to Spanish club Valencia is a done deal.
Romano states that the agreement for Gil is only a loan and doesn’t include any option to extend for one more season and no buy option clause. Not having any clause in the loan indicates that Spurs still thinks highly of Gil.
The move for the Spain international is solely the purpose for his development. Therefore, sending him out temporarily is better for the young player than sitting on the bench and playing 11 minutes per game.

Strange loan back to the league he came from. He needs to learn to play in England not Spain. Perhaps he can do some bullfighting whilst he’s there, build him up.
God we are run by Bafoons.
The kid is young ok, but whats the point of sending him out to loan in SPAIN.
Let him cut it out in the Championshop so he can get time adjusting to the english game.
I can see Dele still being at Spurs after the deadline at this rate.
