Divisive talkSPORT Pundit Backs Spurs To Win The Title|Video
By Harry Hotspur -

It’s difficult to believe anything that Adrian Durham comes out with given his propensity for constructing views that are specifically designed to prompt his white van man audience to reach for their phones. I remember many years ago on Twitter, asking Durham why he had dumbed down his accent and had begun to drop his ‘h’s’ etc. His reply was unwittingly comical. ‘You don’t know how I used to talk’…

All that to one side, Durham does make a compelling case for Tottenham to win the title – even if in a week’s time he tips Mourinho to be the first Premier League coach to be sacked in the 2020/21 season. Is Adrian onto something in this instance?

Dark horses without a doubt.. Myself and a few others have always said we were too nice to win anything substantial. Big trophies and multiple trophies have been out of the question for decades because of this. Too soft, too Spursy… Times are changing… Maureens infamous “bunch of c*nts” evaluation of our club and players and what it takes to win was just a glance of him at work… But its so true, mentality is everything.. Like Conor Mgregor said..’We haven’t come to take part, we’ve come to take over’…. And there is no more talk of Kane leaving which is marvellous. The lads tail is up and theres a sparkle back in his eye. Finally able to rest him now too, fingers and toes crossed he will not get injured this season. Keep him fresh and strong for the toughest opposition regardless of which comp. Our best players need to play against the best teams. No more of this Botch throwing away games and cups. Go to win everything.

I don’t think we used Kane to his full potential v Chelsea. Lloris had more touches than him! With 39% possession and setting up not to lose I think we might have been better off resting Kane in this game.
