According to Turkish outlet Milliyet, Tottenham are working on a deal to sign Galatasaray duo this summer.
The report claims that Spurs are interested in signing Nicolo Zaniolo and Victor Nelsson and are willing to offer the Turkish giants several players plus cash.
It states that the club vice president Timur has traveled to London to hold ‘fresh talks’ with the club regarding the duo.
It’s also claimed that Galatasaray are asking for €60m for both Zaniolo and Nelsson.
Tottenham in return have offered them a ‘crazy offer’ of €30-35m plus two to three players in exchange.
The name of the players Spurs have offered is not mentioned but it is stated that Timur did not take the offer from Spurs too kindly. However the negotiations are set to continue.
Tottenham have have been after Zaniolo since last season but the player ended up joining the Turkish club in January from Roma.
However, the player himself is keen on a return to Italy with Juventus and with Spurs having signed James Maddison, it remains to be seen whether the player would opt for Spurs now.
Meanwhile, the club has been strongly linked with Nelsson and as per a previous report from Turkish outlet T24, Spurs have already reached an agreement with him.
The player himself is desperate for a move to the Premier League club and have reportedly reminded the Turkish club of their promise to let him leave this summer.
If Spurs can strike a deal with the Turkish club for the two of them it will be a huge coup from Spurs.
