The North London derby is upon us and José Mourinho’s team selection and tactical strategy will be vital to overcoming a side that for all the huff and puff, are only a few points away from us in the Premier League. Arsenal are in a slump of form against us; winless in their last 5 meetings in all competitions, and personally, I think Mourinho will direct our boys to throw the kitchen sink at Arteta’s mob today.
Whether that includes starting a frequently disruptive, frequently infuriating player is another matter. José has used the Argentinian without following any particular pattern in terms of minutes per competition. Erik has mopped up 20+ minutes on occasion as well as get 50+mins in some games.
