God loves a trier and our boy Gedson Fernandes certainly appeared to give his all against Norway in the UEFA U21 Championship, on Friday (09.10.2020). Now, the Portuguese lads beat the Norway lads by 4 goals to 1, but our Gedson was just off the pace when it came to being mentioned in dispatches. Gedson had 4 attempts on goal, but just the one on target.
However, the 21-year-old’s flip in his first attempt on goal was extraordinary. Perhaps Gedson would be better suited to vaulting than football?!
