Serge Aurier is weapons grade Marmite for a reason. The Ivorian does lots of wonderful things, and then all too frequently punctuates them with moments of daftness that leave many fans utterly bewildered.

Talented, but he’s an International and captain of his country, not someone learning the basics. He’s 27 years old, with VAR watching everything, especially in the box and on the look out for possible penalties he can’t lunge in, stick his foot in, slide in and cost us points. Watch how Van Dijk does it Serge and you might learn something.
I like aurier. Strong fast tough. Beast on his day. Im hoping he can learn to stand people up better. And get his crossing consistent. The lad has it in him.
Plenty of time to answer back fans, but not enough time to work on his defending. Mourinho should get a barring order on Aurier to keep him out of the penalty box. Has he never heard about standing a player up, hustling and using a block, stop going in feet first and we might get behind you.
