A trip to Elland Road was never going to be an easy run out, and despite this being tactically an open game, with Leeds United having plenty of good chances, it was Spurs who opened the day’s scoring.
Mathys Tell did well with his positioning and loosed a thunderous shot on goal.
The ball took a trajectory-changing deflection, but they all count, and Spurs scored a memorable goal.
