Newcastle striker Callum Wilson and West Ham’s Michail Antonio brutally trolled Richarlison in their latest podcast.
Speaking on The Footballer’s Football Podcast on BBC, the pair discussed the Tottenham striker’s incredible statistic which has seen him get a booking four times for taking off his shirt during celebrations, with 3 of the goals being ruled offside later on.
Callum Wilson added, “He’s got four yellows, he’s almost on a suspension,” before the two of them burst into laughter.

While it may seem unprofessional for two Premier League players to laugh at another’s misfortunes, Richarlison has partly brought this upon himself. The player, known for his passionate and emotional outbursts, has celebrated prematurely a number of times, which in the current age of VAR is not the wisest thing to do.
Richarlison has had a difficult debut season with Spurs since his big-money move from Everton last summer, scoring only once in the league and thrice in all competitions. However, his recent performances under interim manager Ryan Mason have shown promise, and he may benefit from a more attacking manager next season.
