Video – Tottenham v Arsenal highlights including Son winner

By Bruce Grove -

It may have only been a friendly but I doubt very much the players and management felt like that, I know most Spurs fans I spoke with felt it was crucial we won this game and we did.

It was fairly even in the first half but come the second half Tottenham started to dominate and if anything, the scoreline did not do justice to the chances Tottenham created for themselves.

Anyway, here is the video courtesy of the Tottenham Twitter account. Enjoy, I know I did.

Fair enough. Not sure it would be Enic/Levy, but I might be too trusting!

Thanks for your comment when and where i said I want people to agree with me all the time to make me feel better. all I just said I want to recognise people who just coming and doing up and down votes to contribute in the comments so at least we can have discussion whatever their point of views are.cause I believe Enic/ Levy uses every technique to discourage fans not to resent or appose of their policies and want us to follow blindly as a sheep, call me cynical or crazy I just have that feeling anyway thanks again for clearing and I respect that cheers.

Can’t understand when I see this sort of moan on various blogs about people downvoting. It’s not trolling, it’s just disagreeing with the comment. If you only want people to make you feel better by agreeing with you all the time, surely best not to post anything?!

Unless we sign a load of surefire goal scorers I can see Dele playing a lot simply because he has a record of scoring in the league.

Where are the goal in this side if Kane goes? Son and….maybe Moura once in a blue moon?!

Not sure he’s a legend in Germany. At Hamburg he didn’t pull up trees. At Leverkausen he also won nothing. Helped get them into the CL but thats all.. He has evolved with us. Nominated for the ballon dor in 2019, never come close to that before… I’m not sure if he’s underated or overated… He can blow my mind with his brilliance one match, then next match go missing completely. His inconsistency frustrates me, he needs to be turning it on every week and in big games and he needs to win something to hit legendary status for me… I’ll have to check out those Son advertising billboards every couple of hours next time I touch down in South Korea, not sure what these have to do with whether Son is rated or not though..

He isnt underrated at all,in Germany he is a legend ,klopp tried to.sign him multiple times .Bayern were after before he signed an extension. Go to South Korea ,once u touch down at the airport, from then on you will mostly likely see Son billboards and advertising every couple of hours. The Merchandise he sells most likely covers his wages a couple of times over. A good and Honest footballer

Hit the post ×4 I think. In a perfect world that might have been 5-0 😀

Probably good that it wasn’t.. lot’s of work to do but looking good. Great effort by Tanganga, to create the chance for Son. Can’t see Nuno wanting to let him go out on loan again.

I never down vote anyone, I only give a positive tick. It’s just opinions, as long as there no personal abuse it’s fine with me whatever you vote.

I think with all the Kane talk we should take stock as fans and really appreciate the impact Son has had on our team. I don’t blame Kane for wanting to leave and I totally understand his reasons. That aside Son has been a credit to our club and continues to be so.

can HH add a click button to see the people who gives negative or positive clicks cause I think there is some trolls just come here to do that instead of contributing the discussions we have here call me if you want a cynic I have a feeling they get paid as well by Enic/Levy to troll the real fans hope I’m wrong.

Dele had two chances and it was easier to score both times. Too many touches, flicks and tricks and that was a horrible dive when he won a free kick in the D. Smiled as he got up.

Son is so underrated outside of Spurs fans. He’s been brilliant for us.

I know it is just friendly but it is good to finish it with a win before the real games start cheers.

Some encouraging performances. I thought Dele looked lively and was unlucky not to get a couple of goals. Son and Moura will cause a lot of teams problems this season. A few more important additions and we can perhaps up our game. Feeling a bit more positive after the MIND series though.

I just don’t see enough in Dele to justify his place, but it looks like he can’t do any wrong, and I’m hoping Son has not lost the edge he once had in his game, and is just happy to play.

It was a good watch, but possibly partly because the Arse weren’t on fire.

Brilliant stuff from Lucas and Japh.. Dele was unlucky to hit post twice.. Its good to get winning pre season. Get the winning momentum wagon rolling..

COYS… Got to love Son.. A beautiful player when his head is switched on.. And reports are coming through that we want Inters Martinez to partner Kane up top.. Martinez is top draw.. I would be over the moon.. And notice alot of Argies are signing if true… Romero, and Golli, and now Martinez… Making the club rather desirable for Botchy in a year or two.
