Manchester City has taken a 3-2 lead over Tottenham, taking them only 12 minutes to make a successful comeback in the second half.
Riyad Mahrez has been City’s best player against Spurs, and he eased past a couple of players before shooting from a tight angle, which beat Lloris at the near post rather easily.
Sky Sports co-commentator Gary Neville was not impressed with Lloris’ goalkeeping here, stating that a player of his calibre and experience should be able to better protect his near post.
