Tottenham Hotspur have a genuine interest in signing Jack Grealish from Manchester City at the end of the season.
The 29-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular starting spot at Manchester City, and a fresh start could be ideal for him. He has not been able to live up to the expectations since joining from Aston Villa. The Premier League champions might be keen on cashing in on him.
According to Give Me Sport, the player earns £300,000 a week at Manchester City, and he would need to take a pay cut in order to move to Tottenham.
Jack Grealish would be a useful addition

The North London club could use more quality in the final third, and the 29-year-old is capable of operating as a wide player as well as an attacking midfielder. He will help open up opportunities for his teammates, and he will look to find the back of the net as well.
He was one of the best players in the Premier League during his time at Aston Villa, and if he manages to regain his form and confidence, he could be a key player for Tottenham.
At 29, he will be desperate to play regularly. The opportunity to join Spurs will be exciting for him, and it remains to be seen whether the two clubs can finalise an agreement.
Grealish has 16 goals and 23 assists to his name in 152 appearances for Manchester City. The Premier League champions would have expected a lot more from him when they paid £100 million for him. It will be interesting to see if Spurs can sign him for a reasonable amount of money in the summer.
Manchester City will have to accept a significant loss on their investment in the summer. No club will be prepared to pay a premium for Grealish, given his performances in the last couple of seasons.
