Tottenham still interested in long term target but there remains one big issue

By Bruce Grove -

Tottenham is having quite a decent transfer window so far and the signs are that it could get even better.

The Lilywhites have made three signings already and it doesn’t seem like they will be stopping at that anytime soon.

They have been linked with moves for several other players and one of them is South Korean defender, Kim Min-Jae.

The Beijing Guoan centre back has been linked with a move to Tottenham for a very long time now.

Reports claim that Spurs and his current team have held talks over his transfer, but nothing has come from it so far.

The latest report from Football London claims that Spurs remain keen to land him, however, the two teams are far apart in their valuation of the player.

The Chinese side believes that he is worth £15million and that is how much they have asked Tottenham to pay.

However, the Lilywhites are only willing to do a deal for around £9 million at the moment.

The transfer window is still open until October and Spurs will feel that they don’t need to rush and complete the transfer.

With time, they will get the deal done for their desired fee.
