Tottenham manager may have already hinted at who he will start in place of the injured Udogie vs Palace

Destiny Udogie, one of Tottenham’s standout performers this season, will not be available to play against Crystal Palace due to a muscle tightness issue.

The 20-year-old defender was substituted in the 55th minute during the match against Fulham after experiencing discomfort related to muscle tightness.

While Udogie’s injury is not considered severe, he will be sidelined for the game against Crystal Palace, providing an opportunity for another player to step into his role.

Manager Ange Postecoglou is expected to select a replacement for the young left-back and may have already hinted at who he will choose.

During the match against Fulham, Emerson Royal was brought on to replace Udogie after his injury.

This substitution suggests that the Brazilian full-back could be the likely candidate to start at left-back against Crystal Palace.

Spurs will undoubtedly miss Udogie who has been one of the best players for Tottenham this season.

He has played every single minute so far and has put in solid performances week in week out.

Spurs will aim to continue their impressive form as they face Crystal Palace and seek to maintain their position at the top of the Premier League table.

Spurs have made a terrific start to the season. They are yet to be beaten in the league so far as they sit on top of the table.

And a win against Palace will take Ange 5 points clear of Manchester City and Arsenal.
