Fotomac names Tottenham as one of the teams that want to sign Zenit Saint Petersburg’s Wilmar Barrios.
The Colombian has been at Zenit since last year after impressing for his country in the 2018 World Cup.
Although he hasn’t been in Russia for a long time, the report says that he is targeting a move to another European country already.
Being a Turkish media outlet, Fotomac focused their report on the interest from Besiktas, but it also said that Spurs want to sign him.
Tottenham have had a good time in the transfer market recently after landing the likes of Sergio Reguilon and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in the last transfer window.
Both players have proven to be inspired signings for them and the club will hope that Barrios will also be in fine form if he joins them.
The Colombian is a key member of the Zenit team and he has already played 15 league games for them this season.
The report says that he is able to play as a right-back, number six and as a number 8.
Spurs are doing well in the Premier League now and some of their top players cannot even get into their team.
It remains unclear if Spurs will make some sales before they attempt to sign him.

Weren’t we linked with him previously during the last WC , before he went to Russia, similar type to Hojbjerg.
Can you imagine if we won the league and a*se got relegated?
Ok I’ll calm down. Anyway I don’t think I’ve got a worthy enough bottle in the cellar.
Ha, a*se one nil down. Arteta gone in the morning anyone?
Bilic is available.
