Tottenham lining up another major signing once Bale deal completed

By Bruce Grove -

Tottenham’s transfer window is getting more interesting by the day as the Lilywhites continue to be linked with impressive transfers.

After landing the likes of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty, the Lilywhites have been linked with a sensational move for Gareth Bale.

Bale left Spurs for Real Madrid seven years ago and after falling out of favour at the Bernabeu, he is set to make a return to the Tottenham Stadium.

Both teams are negotiating his return at the moment, but he will not be the last player that will join Spurs this summer, reckons Express Sports.

The report claims that Spurs are looking to follow up landing Bale with the signing of Andrea Belotti.

The Italian striker has been linked with a move to the Premier League before now with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United looking to sign him.

The report claims that Spurs are looking to strike a deal with the Italians for a loan-to-buy after this season.

Torino, however, is not interested in allowing their prized asset to leave them on loan and they are looking at selling him off permanently for around £50 million.

Despite the poor form of his team last season, Belotti still managed to score 16 goals in the Serie A.

They might work better with Bale but yeah, still boring I suspect.

This all sounds great and makes me excited but we still have Jose Mourinho and his boring tactics.

What am I going to grumble about?

Well having Bale will certainly make strikers more willing to join, regardless of Kane being there. Anyway he usually misses 2 months of each season injured. Hopefully Kane and Bale can arrange to have their injuries at different times!

As Spurs fans we’re not meant to be happy.
