Southampton defender Kyle Walker-Peters has been linked with a move away from the club this summer, and multiple clubs are keen on him.
According to Graeme Bailey on EFL Analysis, several clubs are keeping tabs on the 28-year-old right back, and Tottenham are also looking to bring him back to the club. They could use more depth in the full-back areas, and it will be interesting to see if they can get a deal done for Walker-Peters.
Tottenham have been in touch with the player already.
Southampton star is in demand
Bailey revealed: “He’s got an awful lot of interest. He’s not staying the Championship, that’s for sure.
“Everton, Fulham, and West Ham like him, and even Tottenham, who were considering bringing him back as a homegrown player.
“He’s got an awful lot of options available to him and he will be going to the Premier League.
“I don’t think there is a favourite for him at this point, but he’s weighing up his options now, and he’s got a lot of them.”
Kyle Walker-Peters would be a cheap acquisition

He is a homegrown player, and that makes him an attractive prospect. He will be a free agent at the end of this month, and Tottenham will be hoping to snap him up on a bargain. It remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done. Signing the 28-year-old on a free transfer would allow them to invest in the other areas of their squad as well.
It would be a no-risk signing, and the 28-year-old could be a very useful player for them. He knows the club well, and he will be able to settle in quickly and make an instant impact.
Furthermore, they will be able to offer him Champions League football next season, and that makes them an attractive destination for the defender. He has extensive experience in Premier League football, and Tottenham should do everything in their power to get the deal done.
Tottenham will face competition from Everton, Fulham and West Ham United as well. It remains to be seen which of the four clubs manages to secure an agreement with the player. He has been linked with Chelsea as well.
