Tottenham ‘interested’ in €15-20m rated attacker, club ready to sell player to them in January

By Saikat -

Tottenham Hotspur are ‘interested’ in signing the Juventus swinger Samuel Iling-Junior.

The 20-year-old English winger has fallen down the pecking order at the Italian club and he needs to leave in order to play regularly.

A report from TuttoJuve claims that Juventus are prepared to sell the player to Tottenham because it would bring fresh money for them to invest in their playing squad. The Italian outfit are looking to sign a midfielder in January and they are hoping that the departure of Iling-Junior can fund the signing.

Meanwhile, a report from Calciomercato claims that the Italian outfit are demanding a fee of around €15-20 million for the talented, young winger and Premier League clubs are prepared to pay up.

The reported asking price seems quite affordable for a club with Tottenham resources and it remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done. It is no secret that Tottenham need to sign a quality winger in January.

Manor Solomon and Ivan Perisic are sidelined with injuries and Spurs are lacking in depth when it comes to the wide areas. The 20-year-old winger will be a solid, long-term investment for them and he will add pace, flair and creativity to their attack.

The talented young winger has the potential to develop into a quality Premier League attacker and Ange Postecoglou could help him develop further and fulfil his tremendous potential.

It will be interesting to see if the talented young winger can make an immediate impact in English football if he moves to Tottenham in January.
