Lucas Moura’s form has been as unsettled as just about any Tottenham player’s in recent weeks, but against Arsenal last night, the industriousness of the attacker was sensational, to say the least. 10 successful tackles is the most that any Spurs player has made in a single game in a good long while, and a North London derby is no better place to drop this particular talent bomb.

Moura had passable game otherwise, in most disciplines he was down on his own averages, such as passing accuracy, shots on target, long passes etc., but you can’t have it all I guess.

At least he tries, bless him.
He needs to do this more, his end product can be awful for such dynamic runner and dribbler.
Moura is part of our problem, another inconsistent player. Keep it up please…
He’s hot and cold, That’s Amoura. Sing it now
He’s hot and cold.
He killed about 50% of our promising moves…but then he did some good things and tried hard.
It’s Moura.
It sounds like the much needed message of “fight for your team”
is getting through. Well done Lucas.
I even saw Harry Winks frown at one of the Goon players.
Some of his passes were well direct and creative. He set up Kane with a lovely pass first half. He reminded me of tintin looking for that key pass all the time. With his pace and dribbling and shooting and top attitude hes been good for us… Add tackling, intercepting, and key passes he is a dream… Like you say H his form has always been spluttery. If he can get consistency then we have a great player… We don’t need Willian with Lucas and Bergwjin fighting for that right wing.
