Tanganga On His Debut: Salah, Mane & José [Video]

By Ron Carne -

Japhet Tanganga has sat down for an interview with the Premier League and looked back at his Tottenham debut.

The 20-year-old was thrown in at the deep end back in January, as he came in to make his league debut for the club against Liverpool.

Since then, he’s gone on to make 11 appearances for the senior side this season as he has established himself as an important part of Jose Mourinho’s plans.

As seen in the video below, he sat down for an interview with the Premier League and recalled the emotion surrounding his debut as he went up against the likes of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

Further, he paid tribute to Jose Mourinho and went on to reveal his ambitions and objectives moving forward in terms of producing consistently and keeping himself in the starting line-up moving forward.

Things are currently on hold given the coronavirus pandemic, but with the latest suspension set until April 30 at the earliest while the season has been extended indefinitely, Spurs and Tanganga will hope to play out the rest of the campaign in the coming months.
