Talk To Me Nuno: It’s Harry’s Daily Briefing Video

By The Boy -

There’s a fine line between coaches not throwing players under the proverbial bus, and seeking to rig press conferences so heavily in the club’s favour that absolutely no insight about any performance sees the light of day. Football needs to feed us. Not just the press and the bloggers, but ultimately the supporters.

‘Oh, I won’t talk about that’, simply isn’t good enough. Nowhere near good enough.

Reporters in press rooms need to up their game.

I totally agree with comments made HK should have been sold period an attacking manager was the answer, DL is a joker and so is JL lack of real support by him. many players should have been sold crazy -mid table finish if we are lucky- Nuno will be sacked b4 end of Jan transfer window.. we can say players do not follow managers plan, the problem plans should be simple, why Lucas rather than skipp, why Sanchez rather that Royal totally crazy / spurs are in a mess and are slowlt sliding , sell Kane in January 100%

I think we should look to bring this Pape Matar Sarre in as soon as possible. He looks to be better than anything else we currently have in the midfield and maybe the link that is missing in the middle. He also looks as if he can score goals, feed strikers, and take dead balls. He would be great providing service to Kane and Son and with Gil alongside. He also looks physically strong and athletic and would bounce little Dele into the stands. If Levy is such a great negotiator go negotiate to get him here early.

He is the type of manager that ENIC and Levy want and that is the problem. I wonder if the sacking of Mourinho was not so much about his win bonus for the League Cup Final and resultant compensation package but more the fact that Levy knew in the summer Mourinho would be looking to ship out the likes of Deli, Dier, Sanchez, Docherty, Winks et al and looking for transfer investment in players with a higher level of mental and physical ability. Levy wanted the CL qualification and the income from that and basically the window we ended up with. Mourinho would not have accepted that.

Say what you like about mourinho at least he was honest. When something was wrong he had the balls to say it. Be it a player or the owner of a club.
