Spurs Will Wallop Brighton Tonight

By The Boy -

Surely even we can’t foul this one up.

Spurs are @1/4 on, the draw is @4/1 and our seagulls scented friends are @12/1.

As mentioned previously, Brighton are on a horrid run of form. 1 point from their last 5 games.

This a team that can only thank the rubbish beneath them for escaping a relegation dog fight.

Indeed, this is a good juncture to comment upon the miserable quality of the Premier League.

There’s not very much premium about it.

The top 6 is lively enough, but what lurks below… really does lurk.

Everton are the ONLY side with a positive goal difference and they’re what, over a dozen points behind the leading pack?

Pedestrian isn’t in it.

The war zone at the foot of the table is precisely that. A war zone.

Anyone seeking to pass off the Premier League as the ‘most’ anything league in the world needs a check up from the neck up.

Sonny as First Goal Scorer @11/4 seems a decent punt, as does Son to score anytime @9/2 – if Tottenham Win 1-0, 2-0 or 2-.

Remember Brighton are fighting for their lives. We should win but then again there are plenty of things that Spurs should have done.

David Seaman made an interesting observation when talking about Penalty’s on soccer AM. They were referring to players who keep their head up and wait for the goalie. Seamen said, “yes, Abanguyang does that……except for vs Tottenham where he changed it”
Of course that was the last minute pen he missed to prevent 3 precious points for Arse……nice little tit bit from Seaman. But of course this is just fusbal no?

I’m still reeling from the fuckwittery displayed by Arse Manure and Cheatski over the bank hols, and long before that – it’s almost as if they don’t want top four. Could Levy get ANY luckier? In any other season we’d already be sixth by now! Don’t get me wrong i’ll take it and even if my season long prediction of fifth is proved wrong then ultimately of course i’m going to be happy but i facking hate that Levy will get let off the hook yet again for his chairman most foul antics. COYS!! ENIC OOT!

We will batter them, but perhaps on stats alone. They’re quite capable of putting in a defensive performance like Burnley last night(wasn’t that great). They’ve done it to us before and any victory is welcome. That would put us 3 points ahead of the Chavs with a superior GD and they have a tougher run in.
The Spammers will likely just want to fuck us up so I would accept a draw minimum against them. Then we should get 3rd.The Chavs are probably nailed on for the Ropey League.
