According to Spanish outlet Sport, Tottenham are one of a number of clubs looking at Rennes’ teenage sensation Eduardo Camavinga.
The 17-year-old midfielder has been a revelation in Ligue 1 this season, starting 24 of 28 matches to help Rennes, who finished 10th last year, to a lofty third place in the table when the season was suspended.

Sport understands that he has caught the eye of Europe’s elite (and Spurs). Liverpool have apparently made the first move by enquiring to Rennes about signing the Angolan prodigy, who is valued at around £45m.
Arsenal and Manchester United and Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid are also reported, admirers. So the chances for Spurs look good…
Our only hope is that the others think it is too soon to take a chance on Camavinga but that is the market that we have always thrived in, and this lad looks like a gamble worth taking. He is an absolute tackling machine and could be the perfect foil to Giovani Lo Celso or Tanguy Ndombele.

Does he have a African cousin who plays in the minor leagues just wondering might be worth looking at to save Daniel having a heart attack.
No not just you
£45m for a 17 year old – is it just me that finds that disgusting?
It’s naive to think the bigger clubs will think it is too soon for this lad. That’s how they operate. We are then left to rummage in the bargain basement.Levy would never get caught up in a bidding war.
Why did we pay what we did for N’Dombele when nobody else was interested?Because we have no scouting system only a micro managing meglomaniac who is the only known football expert in the universe. But the emperor has no clothes.
