Son shows what a class act he is with latest comments

By Bruce Grove -

Son Heung-min has made one of the best starts to the season by any attacking player, yet the South Korean isn’t getting carried away.

He has 8 goals in 8 Premier League games this season, a tally that puts him in the same league as the likes of Jamie Vardy and Mohamed Salah in the race for the competition’s Golden Boot.

He has formed a very deadly attacking partnership with Harry Kane this season that has seen both of them notch up the goals for the club in a relentless manner.

Some fans and pundits have started to consider him to be one of the best players in the competition, however, he has revealed that he hasn’t been thinking about that.

Son claims that he has never seen himself in the same league as the competition’s top players and that he just plays his football as he enjoys playing it.

‘I’ve never once thought I am among the best players in the Premier League. Honestly, I’ve never thought that for a moment,’ he told the Korea Football Association YouTube channel as translated by the Daily Mail.

‘I have always tried to do my best for Tottenham and in the national team and try to show all my abilities. It feels different to play for the national team and for Spurs.’

If Poch wanted Clinton Cards ot NoClue he would have probably given them a sustained chance in the team. Telling that they were never played… in short; Levy

One of a few choice signings during the Poch era. The main problem was the volume of quality. Clinton Cards, NoClue etc… never ever good enough.

Son is a model pro. Never complains. Just gets on with it.
Not one of his better games, normally so clinical odd why he deliberated so long over his early chance against WBA instead of hitting the shot first time!
