Tottenham Hotspur doesn’t fail on an opportunity to jump on a young player with a high upside. The north London club added Bryan Gil from Sevilla and FC Metz midfielder Pape Matar Sarr, who will arrive this summer after spending another year on loan with the French club.
Nonetheless, it seems as though Spurs are in for another young forward with high potential. According to The Sun, Tottenham, Leeds United, and Fulham are considering a summer move for Derby County wonderkid Malcolm Ebiowei.
Ebiowei is doubtful to remain at Derby with his deal expiring at the end of next month. The 18-year-old has appeared in 15 fixtures for the Championship side, scoring one goal and recording two assists.
The three Premier League clubs aren’t alone in monitoring the teenager, as Bundesliga club RB Leipzig is also keen on Ebiowei. They look to offer him a venture abroad and perhaps look to spotlight the success of past young English players who have come to the German league.
Leeds and Fulham? Talk about joining the bottom feeders.
