Last time Spurs went into a European away tie facing a 1-0 deficit, the heroics of Lucas Moura sent us into the Champions League final.
Tonight we need a hero again.
We aren’t playing well enough as a team to go to Leipzig and outplay them. If we are going to drag ourselves into the quarter-finals, it will have to be another phenomenal individual performance which takes us there.

With Harry Kane and Son Heung-min still injured and Steven Bergwijn having joined them on the sidelines, are there any players left on which Spurs fans can pin their hopes? Well, there may be one.
Giovani Lo Celso is the chosen one among the Spurs Twittersphere. The Argentine midfielder is improving every week and made a huge difference off the bench in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Burnley.
This is how some supporters reacted to the team news…

Jose Mourinho makes five changes to the team which started at Turf Moor, with Lo Celso and Harry Winks in midfield ahead of Olvier Skipp and the much-maligned Tanguy Ndombele, who hangs onto his place on the bench.
Jan Vertonghen and Davinson Sanchez drop out of the defence, with Ryan Sessegnon and Serge Aurier recalled to provide more attacking potency.
And Lucas provides the injured Bergwijn. Amsterdam 2.0?
